Save Calories & Cash By Dining In

By now, it’s common knowledge that eating out will add a load of extra unwanted calories. Recent studies discovered that eating out for just one meal a day will add over 400 calories for that day. Yet when that same individual dined in, they saved themselves those calories.

Also, restaurant dining will cost you FIVE times more than the groceries you would buy for the same home-cooked meal.

We’re not done yet! There’s more. Eating out often will result in consuming 25% LESS fruits and vegetables compared to eating in.

Skip out on 400 calories daily, save a bundle of CASH, and eat a much more balanced, nutrient-rich eating plan. Sounds like a winning formula to me. All achieved by enjoying delicious, home-cooked meals instead of those prepared by who knows who.

My challenge to you; Skip the fast food and restaurant dining for the next two weeks and make the extra effort to dine in, then see how you feel. I’ll guarantee that you’ll feel better. Your results will thank you for it, as will your wallet.

The 21-Day Challenge!

Research has proven that if you engage in a new activity (good or bad) over 21 days, you will have formed a new habit. With Boot Camp in full swing, here’s my next challenge for you; come and give OptiFit Boot Camp 3 weeks (that’s 21 days and 9 workout sessions) and see how you feel. After ONE week I can guarantee that you’ll start feeling better. But give it 3 weeks and I can assure you that you will have formed a new habit and exercising will become a new part of your routine. Come on, give it a try!  Hope to see you there!
